jiibet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jiibet," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jiibet online gaming platform accessible at jiibet.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor accessing the jiibet platform.
• "Account" means the registered jiibet player account created through the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their jiibet wallet, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by jiibet subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a game available on the jiibet platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine mobile wallet services used as payment methods on the jiibet platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction of account access as a responsible gaming measure.

By accessing, registering on, or using the jiibet platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jiibet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jiibet platform and must not create or maintain an Account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiibet. You should retain a copy for your records. A printable version of these Terms is available upon request via the jiibet customer support team.

To register and maintain a jiibet Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling participation under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• You are a resident or present within a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling as offered by jiibet is lawful.
• You are not a previously excluded, self-excluded, or otherwise banned player on the jiibet platform.
• You are registering solely in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated or incompetent by any court of competent jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a jiibet employee in a role that grants access to platform operations or game outcomes.

Each player is limited to one (1) Account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, contact details, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiibet uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Upon registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

jiibet is required under the PAGCOR regulatory framework to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a legal obligation, not a discretionary measure.

For standard KYC verification, players must submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, GSIS ID, Passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License.
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, taken at the time of submission.
• For withdrawal amounts exceeding certain thresholds, jiibet may additionally request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

Standard KYC applications are reviewed and decided within 24 to 48 hours of complete document submission during business days. jiibet reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, expired, or insufficient to confirm identity. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

jiibet accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available channels may vary and are subject to change without notice.

• All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The platform minimum is ₱100 for access to live casino tables and ₱50 for slot games.
• jiibet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jiibet's control.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may trigger an account review.
• jiibet reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional source-of-funds documentation where anti-money laundering obligations require it.

All accounts are held and transacted in Philippine Peso. For USDT deposits, conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jiibet does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.

Withdrawals may only be processed to KYC-verified accounts. The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless explicitly approved otherwise by jiibet's cashier team. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

• GCash and Maya: 3–10 minutes for verified accounts under normal platform conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Up to 24 hours, subject to interbank processing times.
• USDT: 15–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200.

jiibet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns trigger compliance flags. During a review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended — typically for no more than 72 hours for standard cases. Players under review will be notified via the registered contact method.

Winnings derived from wagering on Real Money Balance are withdrawable without restriction once wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been satisfied and KYC verification is complete. Bonus Balance funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met in full.

jiibet offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion at the time of offer, as well as these general bonus conditions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• During the wagering of bonus funds, not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Contribution percentages vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jiibet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements on an active bonus will be notified before cancellation takes effect.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to clear requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim single-use bonuses, or coordinated play between accounts — will result in cancellation of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Creating a secondary account to reclaim a welcome bonus constitutes fraud.

All games on the jiibet platform are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in digital games are regularly audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and consistent with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sicbo, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by trained human dealers in certified studio environments. Game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, dice rolled, wheel spun) and are final once declared by the dealer. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.

In the event of a player's internet disconnection during an active game round, the following applies: for baccarat and live table games, the hand plays out automatically under standard house rules; for slot games, the spin completes and the result is credited or debited accordingly. All outcomes are logged and verifiable by the jiibet technical team upon request.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects game outcomes, jiibet reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game are not honored. jiibet is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiibet platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, baccarat, or any table game.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction of an illegal nature.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after wagering the funds.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using discriminatory language toward jiibet staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the jiibet platform, its servers, or associated networks.

jiibet is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling for all players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every jiibet account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit amounts you set. Once set, decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts at defined intervals reminding you of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications displaying cumulative session wager and win/loss data.

jiibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a linked payment provider.
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate of an existing Account.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon closure of an Account that holds a positive Real Money Balance, jiibet will process a withdrawal of the available balance to the player's last verified payment method after completing any required investigation. Bonus Balances and wagering requirement credits are non-refundable upon account closure for cause.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may request closure via the jiibet live chat support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.

All content on the jiibet platform — including but not limited to the jiibet name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jiibet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jiibet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jiibet content or software.

The names and logos of game providers featured on jiibet (including JILI, PG Soft, FA Chai, Spadegaming, and others) are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiibet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jiibet Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiibet shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications providers, or internet infrastructure outside jiibet's control.
• Data loss or Account access issues arising from the player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if jiibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks that prevent normal platform operation.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jiibet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

jiibet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the jiibet Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account registration and KYC verification; transaction processing and fraud prevention; responsible gaming monitoring; regulatory reporting to PAGCOR; and customer support communications. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. jiibet operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to jiibet's internal dispute resolution process. If not resolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use jiibet's services. By registering, you warrant that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is lawful.

jiibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required due to changes in applicable laws or regulations, PAGCOR requirements, platform functionality updates, or operational policy changes.

When material amendments are made, jiibet will provide notice via a prominent notification on the platform and/or via email to the registered account address, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the jiibet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

If you are dissatisfied with jiibet's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution channels. jiibet cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-directed dispute reviews.
